FROM THE PRESIDENT
Greetings and thank you for visiting the GAPA website. We are proud to say that we are celebrating our Diamond Anniversary. For over thirty years the GAPA has promoted access to health care in Georgia by utilizing Physician Assistants. This site has been designed to show you how we accomplish this goal. We have installed many informative links on many subjects: legislative issues, Regulatory and Rules changes, local meetings, and, best of all, our job listings. The links will help keep you abreast of the issues affecting PAs in the state of Georgia and the Nation. Please click on Talent Survey and take a few moments to inform us of your interest and talents. We are always searching for new involvement at many different levels. The GAPA can only be a strong organization as long as its members are well informed, are willing to serve their profession, and are working to make Georgia a great place to practice. MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the Georgia Association of Physician Assistants is to promote high quality, cost-effective, accessible health care as part of a physician directed physician assistant/physician team, to provide for personal growth and professional development of PAs, and to promote and represent the PA profession in Georgia.
